Summer has officially begun. We started it off with a trip to the beach. Brennen and Emma had a great time and we cannot wait to go back!
My goal for this summer is to create lots and lots of "Purple Hippo" memories. We visited The Purple Hippo, an art studio just for kids, earlier this year and had the best time. Brennen now calls any out of the ordinary day a Purple Hippo day.
I already have a lot of activities planned and I am searching for more. Brennen's only criteria is it cannot involve any worksheets or tracing. We will be sure to post pictures and let you follow our Purple Hippo summer journey. It promises to be full of new adventures and often messy.
